Adsense is the best way to earn money online. If your website has good and quality content then you can earn a lot of money using Google Adsense. But there is a great problem and challenge before Adsense users and it is invalid clicks those can be made by any person from anywhere and Google or Webmaster does  not have any control on these type of clicks.

If Adsense account holder is unable to detect,control or report these invalid clicks then possibly Adsense may ban his account and it is clarified on Google Adsense FAQ page that Adsense owner is responsible for any measurable invalid click activity and he must take care of it.

How to track invalid clicks

Statcounter is the only way to control invalid clicks. It can track Adsense clicks for any website. Statcounter is a simple JavaScript code which can be added anywhere in header or body of html.

Once this tracker is added it starts tracking clicks.

Actually it does not only track Adsense clicks but it also track every click made on outbound links or external links on website.

How to use Statcounter

• Go to statcounter.com and create an acount
• Add your website and get the javascript code to add in your site html
• Add this code just before the closing body tag
• Now login to your statcounter account
• Click on the stats icon as shown in figure

• Now go to left option bar and click on “exit links activity”

• Here you can observe all exit links including Adsense clicks

• Click on magnifying glass icon to track any Adsense click
• You can track Ip address of clicker,geo location and how many clicks he has made. You can also record his IP address for future click recognition.
